Welcome to 3Pay

What we do

At 3Pay Global, our mission is quite straightforward. We provide claimants, via their instructed solicitors, the required funding that is necessary to commence legal proceedings against a well-funded defendant party.

This is usually a regulated professional (solicitors, accountants, auditors, surveyors, architects) or an insurance company or property developer.

How does a claimant qualify?

For a claimant to qualify for 3Pay’s funding, the only requirements are:

-That the claim must have very compelling merits.
-The claim should be conducted by a litigation solicitor with the relevant prerequisite experience.

What’s in it for 3Pay Global?

In return, when the claim is successful, the claimant is required to repay the funding to 3Pay with interest.

However, in the event of an unsuccessful claim, the claimant will not be required to repay the funding.

How does the claimant benefit?

The claimant becomes well-funded to unlock the iron gates to civil justice.

This is all achieved with the use of 3Pay’s funds. Therefore, there is no risk to the claimant to seek justice.
